摘  要:食源性肥胖是一种常见的、高发的慢性代谢性疾病,其机制至今尚不明确,可借助动物实验深入研究。动物实验研究的基础是模型,模型成功的判断标准是食源性肥胖动物实验的关键,而目前缺乏对模型评价相关文献的整理与总结。因此,文章从一般情况观察、形态学指标观察、肝脏功能及组织病理学观察、能量代谢观察、血清相关生化指标等方面,归纳总结了食源性肥胖动物模型的评价方法,以期为今后研究提供参考。Diet-induced obesity is a common disease with high incidence in metabolic disease.To date diet-induced obesity has not clear mechanism and animal experiment can be used to explore mechanism of diet-induced obesity.The basis of animal experimental study is the model.Animal model standards are the key to the animal experimental study on dietinduced obesity.However,there are few literatures to collation and summary the animal model standards of diet-induced obesity today.Therefore,this review summarized the evaluation methods of diet-induced obesity animal models from general situation observation,morphological observation,liver function and its histopathology,energy metabolism observation and serum-related biochemical indicators,and so that some scientific references can be provided for future research.
