摘　　要：尿路感染是临床常见的感染性疾病之一。随着细菌耐药性的出现,耐药菌引起的复杂尿路感染(CUTI)在使用抗生素治疗时面临挑战。因此,寻找新的抗耐药菌途径是临床治疗CUTI的迫切需要解决的问题。中医药历经数千年的发展,在医疗方面有着巨大贡献,中药对抗耐药菌导致的感染性疾病研究为世界所关注。研究表明,不同的中药或者复方提取物对耐药菌具有不同的抑制作用,对于CUTI耐药菌,中药主要作用方式为消除质粒介导的耐药和抑制生物被膜形成,从而抑制或杀灭耐药菌,达到控制感染的目的。文章主要就CUTI耐药现状、中医药对抗耐药菌机制等方面进行综述。Urinary tract infection is one of the common infectious diseases in clinic.With the occurrence of bacterial drug resistance,the treatment with antibiotics of the complex urinary tract infection(CUTI)caused by drug-resistant bacteria is faced with challenges.Therefore,it is an urgent issue for clinical treatment of CUTI to need a new way to fight drug-resistant bacteria.Studies have shown that different Chinese medicines have different inhibitory effects on antimicrobial resistance(AMR)bacteria.For CUTI AMR bacteria,the main action mode of Chinese medicine is to eliminate plasmid mediated drug resistance and inhibit the formation of biofilm,so as to inhibit or kill drug-resistant bacteria and control infections.This paper reviews the current status of CUTI resistance and the mechanism of Chinese medicine against AMR bacteria.
