摘　　要：栀子为我国中医临床常用大宗药材,具有泻火除烦、清热利湿、凉血解毒和外用消肿止痛的作用。现代栀子常用的炮制方法有炒黄、炒焦、炒炭和姜炙等。饮片作为中医临床治病的基础,其炮制品的正确选用和质量好坏直接关系到临床用药的安全性和有效性,因此,如何保证中药产品的质量是中药研究的重要内容。文章通过梳理栀子炮制历史沿革,综述栀子炮制工艺的发展历史及现代研究进展,为其炮制研究提供参考和依据,同时从性状、鉴别、含量测定、农残及重金属评价、指纹图谱等方面对栀子的现代质量研究方法进行综述,为栀子炮制工艺的传承、临床炮制品的正确选用、质量评价及标准提升提供参考。Fructus Gardeniae is not only commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine clinical bulk medicinal materials,but also commonly used natural dye,is the version of the‘Chinese pharmacopoeia’to accept the variety,with the catharsis of fire in addition to annoyance,clearing heat and dampness,cool blood detoxification and topical swelling analgesic effect.The commonly used processing methods of modern Fructus Gardeniae include stir-frying with yellow,stir-frying with coke,stir-frying with charcoal and stir-frying with ginger,etc.As the basis of TCM clinical treatment,the correct selection and quality of its prepared products are directly related to the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.In addition,how to ensure the quality of traditional Chinese medicine products is also an important issue in TCM research.In this article,through carding processing history,gardenia to summarize existing processing about gardenia,reviews the development history of processing technology and modern research progress of processing research to provide the reference and basis,at the same time from the character,identification and content determination of heavy metals,pesticide residues and assessment,and fingerprint quality of gardenia modern research methods were reviewed,for the inheritance of processing technology of gardenia and correct selection of clinical processed products,quality evaluation and provide reference standards rise.
