摘　　要：旴江医学,源远流长,医药繁盛,因其独特的人文、地理环境形成了如今的地域性医学流派,历代名医辈出,著作影响深远。旴江妇科是其最显著的专科之一,是我国最大的地方性妇科学术流派。文章通过叙述旴江医学的概况,研究妇科流派代表人物陈自明的发展历程,对旴江妇科医学的学术源流有了更深入的了解。期望通过传承与创新旴江妇科医学,不断提升中医药防治妇科疾病水平,更好的服务于广大群众。Xujiang medicine has a long history and prosperous medicine.Due to its unique humanities and geographical environment,it has formed today’s regional medical genre.Xujiang gynecology is one of its most prominent specialties and is the largest local gynecology genre in China.This article describes the development of the gynecological genre CHEN Zi-ming by describing the general situation of Xujiang medicine,and has a deeper understanding of the academic origin of Xujiang gynecology medicine.It is hoped that through the inheritance and innovation of Xujiang gynecology medicine,the level of gynecological diseases of Chinese medicine will be continuously improved,and the masses will be better served.
