新安医家郑梅涧《重楼玉钥》治疗喉病针灸取穴特点探究

摘　　要：郑梅涧为清代著名的新安医家,著有《重楼玉钥》一书。其主要贡献在于提出喉疾的病因在于风邪壅滞在内,久而导致气血不畅;创立"开风路针""破皮针"和"气针"三针法治疗喉疾。全书共分为上下两卷,其中下卷专门论述针灸治疗喉科疾病的方法。文章旨在通过分析书中下卷针灸专论部分,得出郑氏在治疗喉科疾病时针灸取穴具有重用井穴与督脉穴,远端取穴与局部取穴相配合等特点。ZHENG Mei-jian was a famous Xin’an doctor in the Qing dynasty,who wrote the Chonglou Yuyue.The main contribution is to put forward that the cause of throat disease is stagnant wind,which leads to the obstruction of qi and blood for a long time.Created‘open air needle’,‘broken skin needle’and‘gas needle’to treat throat disease to be in again‘raise shade’.The book is divided into two volumes,the second of which is devoted to the treatment of throat diseases by acupuncture.This paper aims to discuss ZHENG’s understanding of the treatment of laryngeal diseases and the characteristics of acupuncture point selection in the treatment of laryngeal diseases through the analysis and arrangement of the second volume of the book on acupuncture and moxibustion.
