摘　　要：目的:优选洋甘菊中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:采用单因素试验和正交试验,以总黄酮为指标采用紫外分光光度法,研究不同料液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度对洋甘菊总黄酮提取的影响。结果:洋甘菊总黄酮的最优提取工艺参数为:70%乙醇,料液比1∶10(g/mL),回流提取1次,时间1.0h。结论:建立洋甘菊总黄酮的紫外分光光度含量测定方法,验证试验表明优选出的提取工艺简便、稳定、准确。Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Matricarla chamomilla L..Methods:Single factor test and orthogonal test were used to study the effect of different ratio of material to liquid,ethanol concentration,extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction of total flavonoids from Matricarla chamomilla L..Results:The optimum extraction parameters of total flavonoids from Matricarla chamomilla L.were:70%ethanol,ratio of material to liquid:1∶10(g/mL),reflux extraction once,1.0 h.Conclusion:A UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of total flavonoids in Matricarla chamomilla L.is established.The experimental results show that the optimized extraction process is simple,stable and accurate.
