基于“以知为数,以痛为腧”探析痛感取穴法演变

摘　　要："以知为数,以痛为腧"是一种基于患者对局部切按的疼痛反馈来定位取穴的方法,局部切按的痛感是腧穴定位取穴的重要参考。随着"以知为数,以痛为腧"取穴法的演变,逐渐出现了阿是穴、天应穴、不定穴定位取穴概念的混用现象;而现代提出的热敏穴、反阿是穴、激痛点取穴理论,也与患者的痛感反馈有密切的联系。分析它们定位取穴的演变特点,理清它们基于痛感定位取穴的关系,以期为针灸推拿临床靶点定位取穴提供一定的参考。‘The awareness of point locating is taken as the principle,tender-point is taken as the acupoint’is a method of locating and selecting acupoints based on the pain feedback of local cutting and pressing,the pain of local pressing is an important reference for acupoint location.As the point locating method of‘the awareness of point locating is taken as the principle,tenderpoint is taken as the acupoint’of evolution,gradually appeared ashi point,day should point,the concept of variable hole finds mixed phenomenon.The modern theory of acupoint selection,such as thermosensitive point,anti-ashi point and exciting pain point,is also closely related to the pain feedback of patients.In order to provide some references for acupuncture and massage clinical target location and acupoint selection,the evolvement characteristics of acupoint location and acupoint location based on pain sensation were analyzed.
