单、双Schiff碱化合物的合成、分离及结构表征

摘　　要：以二胺化合物N,N-(2-胺基苯基)-2,6-二甲酰亚胺吡啶和吡咯-2-甲醛为原料,常温下在乙醇溶液中进行“一锅煮”法反应。反应产物经过柱层析分离分别得到了单Schiff碱化合物L_(1)及双Schiff碱化合物L_(2),并分别通过核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。此外,培养得到了2个Schiff碱化合物的单晶,进一步通过X-射线单晶衍射仪测定并解析了2个Schiff碱化合物的晶体结构。The diamine compound N,N-bis(2-aminophenyl)pyridine-2,6-dicarboxamide and pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde were used as raw materials to react in ethanol solution at room temperature.The reaction products were separated by column chromatography,and the structures of the mono-Schiff base L_(1) and the bis-Schiff base L_(2) were characterized by 1H NMR.In addition,the single crystals of the two Schiff base compounds were obtained and the structures of the compounds were determined by X-ray single crystal diffractometer.
