摘 要:对格式法制备三苯基膦过程中产生的废渣用XRD进行表征。本实验探讨了减压蒸馏,萃取,焙烧,蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶,加压蒸馏-浓缩结晶这几种分离提纯方法对格式法制备三苯基膦过程中产生的氯化镁进行提纯回收,并从分离效果和经济成本两方面对废渣分离提纯分析,结果发现用加压蒸馏-浓缩结晶能有效分离有机物并使分离得到的氯化镁的回收率达到81.6%。The waste residue from the preparation of triphenyl phosphine by format method was characterized by XRD.Several separation and purification methods,such as vacuum distillation,extraction,roasting,evaporation concentration,cooling crystallization,and pressure distillation concentration crystallization,were discussed.The magnesium chloride produced in the process of preparing triphenylphosphine by standard method was purified and recovered.The separation and purification of waste residue were analyzed from two aspects of separation effect and economic cost,the results found that using pressure distillation-concentration crystal can effective separate organic compounds and recovery rateof magnesium chloride by the separationreached 81.6%.
