摘 要:主要对纳氏试剂分光光度法测定水环境样品中氨氮时,蒸馏过程中蒸馏功率和馏出液的pH值进行条件试验,探讨最佳蒸馏功率和最适宜的馏出液的pH值。通过实验发现,当蒸馏功率为600 W,馏出液调到pH值9左右时,氨氮回收率最高,并将此条件应用于环境标准样品和实际样品测定中,均取得不错效果,同时也对测定结果的精密度和准确度进行了验证,均符合相关标准要求。The conditional experiments on the distillation power and distillate pH value in the distillation process were mainly conducted when Nessler s reagent spectrop hotometric method was used to determine the ammonia nitrogen in water environment samples,and the best distillation power and the most suitable distillate pH value were found.Through experimentation,when the distillation power was 600 W and the distillate was adjusted to pH 9 or so,the ammonia nitrogen recovery rate was the highest.These conditions were used for the determination of environmental standard samples and actual samples with good results.At the same time,the precision and accuracy of the measurement results were verified,and they all met the requirements of relevant standards.
