摘  要:医药中间体废水具有难降解有机物浓度高、毒性大、可生化性差等特点,直接生化处理,很难达到处理效果,一般需要进行强化预处理。本文采用Fe/C微电解耦合Fenten预处理医药中间体废水,考察了处理的影响因素,结果表明:(1)Fe/C微电解耦合Fenten对COD去除率可达44%,比单独芬顿处理COD去除率提高约8%;(2)H_(2)O_(2)投加量不大于1.5%,铁粉投加量与H_(2)O_(2)投加比例为2:1(摩尔比),反应pH为2~3时,COD去除效果最好。Pharmaceutical intermediate wastewater is difficult to achieve the treatment effect by direct biochemical treatment because of high concentration of refractory organic matter,high toxicity,and poor biodegradability and it generally requires enhanced pretreatment.Fe/C micro-electrolysis coupled with Fenten was used for pretreatment of pharmaceutical intermediate wastewater,and the influencing factors were investigated.The results showed that Fe/C micro-electrolysis coupled with Fenten can achieve a COD removal rate of 44%,which was higher than that of Fenten alone.COD removal rate increased by about 8%.When H_(2)O_(2) dosage was not more than 1.5%,iron powder dosage and H_(2)O_(2) dosage ratio was 2:1(molar ratio),pH was 2~3,COD removal effect was the best.
