摘  要:介绍了由科研成果转化形成的药物合成综合实验——4-(2-羟乙基)-1,3-二氢-2 H-吲哚-2-酮的合成。以2-甲基-3-硝基苯乙酸(3)为起始原料,经过4步反应制得4-(2-羟乙基)-1,3-二氢-2 H-吲哚-2-酮,最终产物通过熔点、红外、质谱、氢谱和碳谱进行表征。本实验涉及多种反应类型,结合有机化学波谱解析,可以检验学生的理论水平和训练学生的实验技能。通过系统性的训练,不仅培养了学生的综合实验能力,更提高了学生的创新能力和科研思维。A comprehensive experiment of drug synthesis was introduced,which was developed based on our research work.4-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-1,3-dihydro-2 H-indol-2-one was synthesized,using 2-methyl-3-nitrophenyl acetic acid as the starting material by four-step reactions.The structure of the product was identified by melting point measurements,IR,MS,1H NMR and 13 C NMR.This experiment involved a variety of reaction types,combined with organic chemical spectral analysis,was beneficial for testing theoretical level and improving the synthesis ability of students.Through this systematic training,the students not only cultivated their comprehensive experimental skills,but also enhanced their ability of innovation and scientific thinking.
