摘 要:目的:研究聚乙烯醇纳米复合水凝胶[肼改性聚乙烯醇(PVANN)+CuCl2复合水凝胶]促进感染创面愈合的作用。方法:使用水合肼及聚乙烯醇(PVA)合成PVANN,红外吸收光谱、13C核磁共振及三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)显色反应验证PVANN是否合成成功。将PVANN与CuCl2交联成复合水凝胶,通过体外抑菌实验及动物实验分别验证PVANN+CuCl2复合水凝胶的抑菌作用及促进感染创面愈合的作用。结果:红外吸收光谱、13C核磁共振及TNBS均证明PVANN合成成功。溶胶滑落试验及冻干水凝胶SEM均验证PVANN+CuCl2复合水凝胶合成成功。体外抑菌实验证明PVANN+CuCl2溶液有良好的抑菌作用。复合水凝胶感染创面实验证实PVANN+CuCl2复合水凝胶可显著促进感染创面的愈合。结论:聚乙烯醇纳米复合水凝胶有显著的抑菌作用及促进感染创面愈合的作用。Objective:To study the effect of hydrazine-modified polyvinyl alcohol(PVANN)+CuCl2 composite hydrogel in promoting healing of infected wounds.Method:First,we used hydrazine hydrate and polyvinyl alcohol to synthesizePVANN.Then we tested the infrared absorption spectroscopy,13 C nuclear magnetic resonance and trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS)color reaction to verify that whether PVANN was synthesized successfully.Afterwards,the PVANN and CuCl2 were cross-linked to form a composite hydrogel.At last the antibacterial effect of the PVANN+CuCl2 composite hydrogel and the promotion of chronic infection wounds healing effectwere verified through antibacterial experiments in vitro and animal experiments in vivo.Results:Infrared absorption spectroscopy,13 C nuclear magnetic resonance and TNBS all proved the successful synthesis of PVANN.The solsliding test and the SEM of the freeze-dried hydrogel both verified the successful synthesis of the PVANN+CuCl2 composite hydrogel.Antibacterial experiments in vitro proved that PVANN+CuCl2 solution had a good antibacterial effect.In the experiment of animals,we confirmed that the hydrazine-modified polyvinyl alcohol(PVANN)+CuCl2 composite hydrogel could significantly promote the healing of the infected wound.Conclusion:PVANN+CuCl2 composite hydrogel has significant antibacterial effect and can promote the healing of infectedwounds.
