摘 要:目的:探讨改良耳后反S形双瓣技术在电子耳蜗植入中临床效果。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年6月四川省攀枝花市中西医结合医院收治的80例(83耳)电子耳蜗植入患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组(40例,42耳)和对照组(40例,41耳),观察组在术中应用改良耳后反S形双瓣技术,对照组应用传统耳后S型技术,比较两组听力言语功能康复情况及安全性。结果:观察组总有效率为97.50%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后,助听言语识别率高于对照且,左右耳纯音听阈均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组并发症率为2.5%,显著低于对照组的17.5%(P<0.05)。结论:在电子蜗植入中应用改良耳后反S形双瓣技术,可提高总有效率,改善听力言语功能,且具更高安全性。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the modified reverse S-shaped double flap technique behind the ear in electronic cochlear implantation. Methods: A total of 80 patients(83 ears) with electronic cochlear implantation admitted to Panzhihua Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected, and randomly divided into an observation group(40 cases, 42 ears) and a control group(40 cases, 41 ears). In the observation group, the modified S-shaped double flap technique behind the ear was used during the operation, and the traditional S-shaped technique behind the ear was used in thecontrol group. The hearing and speech function rehabilitation and safety were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%,P<0.05). After treatment, the hearing aid speech recognition rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the pure tone hearing threshold of the left and right ears was lower(P<0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was 2.5%, which was significantly lower than thatof the control group(17.5%, P<0.05). Conclusion: The modified retro-auricular S-shaped double flap technique applicationin the electronic cochlear implant can increase the total effective rate, improve the hearing and speech function, and it has higher safety.
