穴位贴敷合音乐疗法治疗中青年原发性高血压临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷合音乐治疗中青年原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选取江西省中西医结合医院2018年2月—2019年6月心血管内科收治的90例中青年原发性高血压患者随机分成对照组、观察组1、观察组2,每组30例。对照组常规西药治疗,观察组1在对照组基础上加穴位贴敷,观察组2在观察组1基础上加音乐疗法,观察12周。比较3组在血压控制情况,临床症状等方面的变化。结果3组均能降低血压,观察组1及观察组2较对照组血压下降明显,观察组2较观察组1更显著(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷合音乐疗法治疗中青年原发性高血压疗效显著,可信度高,简洁经济,环保安全。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with music in the treatment of young and middle-aged essential hypertension.Methods A total of 90 young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension who were admitted to Department of Cardiology of Jiangxi Province Hospital of Integrated of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group,observation group one and observation group two,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group one was added with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The observation group two added music therapy on the basis of observation group one.After 12 weeks of observation,the blood pressure control and clinical symptoms of the three groups were compared.Results All three groups can reduce blood pressure.The blood pressure dropped significantly,and the observation group two was more significant than the observation group one(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application and music therapy for middle and young people with essential hypertension has obvious curative effect,high credibility,simple,economic,environmental protection and safety.
