一三针法之解痉止痛松筋骨针联合正清风痛宁治疗纤维肌痛综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究一三针法之解痉止痛松筋骨针联合正清风痛宁治疗纤维肌痛综合征的效果。方法选取江西省南昌市洪都中医院于2017年9月—2019年4月收治的82例纤维肌痛综合征患者,将其分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组予以正清风痛宁治疗,观察组在此基础上联合一三针法之解痉止痛松筋骨针治疗,对2组患者简明疼痛量表(Brief pain inventory,BPI)与压痛点数目、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamition despression scale,HAMD)评分、视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分予以分析。结果干预后观察组患者BPI评分与对照组比较明显较优(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者压痛点数目、HAMD及VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对纤维肌痛综合征患者实施一三针法之解痉止痛松筋骨针联合正清风痛宁治疗可有效促进患者康复,提高其生活质量,缓解其疼痛程度。Objective To explore the application effect of one-three-needle method of spasmolytic and analgesic,loosening bones and acupuncture combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning in treating fibromyalgia syndrome.Methods 82 patients with fibromyalgia syndrome treated in our hospital from September 2017 to April 2019 were selected,and they were divided into observation group(n=41)and control group(n=41).The patients were treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning,and the observation group combined with the one-three-needle method to relieve spasm and relieve pain and relax the bones and bones.The two groups were evaluated and analyzed for FIQ,MIP score,number of tender points,and HAMD and VAS scores.Results The MIP score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The number of tender points,HAMD and VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with fibromyalgia syndrome,the one-three-needle method of antispasmodic and analgesic,loosening and bone acupuncture combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning treatment can effectively promote the prognosis of patients,improve their quality of life and relieve their pain.
