刺激足底穴位及反射区对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胃肠抑制的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨刺激足底穴位及反射区在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的效果研究。方法选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院2018年8月—2019年4月收治的82例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,用随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,各41例。对照组进行常规腹腔镜胆囊切除围术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予刺激足底穴位及反射区护理。比较2组术后排气排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及护理满意度。结果观察组护理总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后住院时间、排气时间、下床活动时间、排便时间均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论刺激足底穴位及反射区可有效改善腹腔镜胆囊切除术后气虚兼湿热型患者胃肠功能,减少术后并发症,促进康复。Objective To investigate the effect of stimulation of plantar acupoint and reflex area in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Eighty-two cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each.The control group received routine perioperative nursing care of laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and the observation group received nursing care of plantar acupoints and reflex area on the basis of the control group.Postoperative exhaust and defecation time,activity time of getting out of bed,hospitalization time,postoperative complications(incision infection,abdominal pain,incision bleeding)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospitalization,exhaust time,activity time of getting out of bed and defecation time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Stimulation of plantar acupoints and reflex areas can effectively improve gastrointestinal function of patients with qi deficiency and damp-heat after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,reduce postoperative complications and promote recovery.
