中医辅助治疗大肠癌研究进展

摘　　要：大肠癌中医称为“锁肛痔”“肠蔁”等,是临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。现今大肠癌仍以西医治疗为主,主要的手段为手术治疗、放疗、化疗等。但西医治疗的各种手段容易引发各类并发症,并面临放射、药物毒性等理化作用的伤害。越来越多的新疗法,包括基因治疗、生物免疫学治疗等的出现,为该病的治疗提供了新的思路。中医治疗的引入,特别是中医药的综合治疗,明显提高了大肠癌治疗的临床效果。本文基于中医治疗的优势,对大肠癌中包括发病机制、流行病学分析、中医病因病机和中西医对症处理等的新进展进行总结讨论。Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of mankind.At present,the main treatment for colorectal cancer are surgery,radiation and chemotherapy,but western medicine treatment can cause all sorts of complications and the side effects of drug,new treatments such as molecular targeted therapy,gene therapy,the introduction of biological immunology therapy,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,especially the comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical curative effect of colorectal cancer was improved.This article elaborates on the new pathogenesis of colorectal cancer,the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.
