益气养阴药物治疗中晚期肺癌的分子机制及预后探析

摘　　要：肺癌是临床最为常见的恶性肿瘤之一。肺癌的发病过程中最常见的病理因素是痰浊、瘀血、湿毒及热毒,随着病程的进展,常常导致气阴两虚,因此益气养阴是治疗肺癌的有效方法之一。大量研究表明,采用益气养阴法能够提高患者抗癌能力、减少患者经化疗和放疗后的毒副作用,延长生存周期,明显提高患者的生存质量。现将益气养阴法中相关药物治疗肺癌的分子机制研究及预后进行综述。Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in clinic.The most common pathological factors in the course of lung cancer are phlegm,congestion,dampness and heat-toxicity.With the progress of the course,it often lead to deficiency of qi and yin,thus nourishing qi and nourishing yin are one of the effective treatment for lung cancer.A large number of studies have shown that the use of nourishing qi and nourishing yin can improve the anti-cancer ability of patients,and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy,prolong the life cycle,and improve the life quality of patients.This article aims to review the molecular mechanism and clinical effect of related drugs for improving qi and nourishing yin in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.
