摘 要:目的探讨机动护士信息化调配系统在优化护理人力资源管理中的应用效果。方法采用整群抽样法,选取2017年8月江苏省苏北人民医院选定的60名机动护士为研究对象,将2017年9月至2018年8月采用传统调配方式进行机动护士调配设为对照组,2018年9月至2019年8月采用信息化调配系统进行机动护士调配设为观察组。比较两组机动护士调配启动时长及申请机动护士病区护士长对机动护士调配的满意度。结果观察组共调配机动护士98人次,平均调配启动时长(1.25±0.09)h,对照组共调配机动护士107人次,平均调配启动时长(4.57±0.57)h,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组机动护士调配满意度为90.82%,对照组调配满意度为80.37%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机动护士信息化调配系统可有效缩短机动护士调配启动时长,提升护理管理者对人力资源调配的满意度,促进护理管理效能的提高。Objective To explore the effect of mobile nurse information allocation system in optimizing nur-sing human resource management.Methods A total of 60 mobile nurses were selected from Subei People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province in August 2017 as the study subjects by cluster sampling.From September 2017 to August 2018,the mobile nurses were allocated to the control group by the traditional allocation method;from September 2018 to August 2019,the mobile nurses were allocated to the observation group by the information allocation system.The initiation time of mobile nurse allocation and the satisfaction of head nurses a-pplying for mobile nurse allocation were compared between the two groups.Results A total of 98 mobile nurses were allocated in the observation group,with an average allocation initiation time of(1.25±0.09)h,and a total of 107 mobile nurses were allocated in the control group,with an average allocation initiation time of(4.57±0.57)h,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.001).The satisfaction of mobile nurse allocation was 90.82%in the observation group and 80.37%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The mobile nurse information allocation system can effectively shorten the initiation time of allocation,improve the satisfaction of head nurses with human resource allocation,and promote the efficiency of nursing management.
