摘  要:目的探讨丹酚酸A(Sal A)通过诱导白色脂肪组织褐变增加动物体内促进能量消耗从而改善肥胖的作用研究.方法腹腔注射Sal A对高脂喂饲的C57BL/6小鼠HFD模型;HE染色检测小鼠附睾脂肪的病理变化;Real-time PCR、Western Blot等分析脂肪组织中棕色脂肪细胞特异性基因/蛋白表达水平.结果Sal A减轻HFD诱导的小鼠体重增加和附睾脂肪中的脂质积累,并显著上调附睾脂肪组织中UCP1和PGC-1α的基因及蛋白表达.结论Sal A通过诱导脂肪组织褐变改善小鼠肥胖,对Sal A治疗肥胖相关疾病具有潜在的意义.Objective To study the improvement of salvianolic acid A against obesity by inducing browning of white adipose tissue to increase energy consumption in animals. Methods The HFD model of C57BL/6 mice fed with high-fat Sal A was intraperitoneal injection. The pathological changes of epididymal fat in mice were detected by HE staining. Real-time PCR and Western L31ot were used to analyze the expression levels of specific genes/proteins of brown adipocytes in adipose tissue. Results Sal A reduced hFD-induced weight gain and lipid accumulation in epididymal fat, and significantly upregulated the gene and protein expressions of UCP1 and PGC-1 in epididymal fat. Conclusion Sal A can improve obesity in mice by inducing adipose tissue Browning, which has potential significance for Sal A in treating obesity-related diseases.
