关节腔注射抗炎药物联合甩肩疗法治疗肩周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察病变肩关节关节腔注射抗炎药物联合甩肩运动治疗肩周炎的疗效.方法选取2014年8月至2018年7月在本院接受诊疗的肩周炎患者86例,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例.其中对照组给予肩关节腔注射抗炎药物结合运动疗法治疗,观察组给予肩关节腔注射抗炎药物联合甩肩运动治疗,比较两组患者最终的治疗效果.结果观察组的总有效率为95.35%、对照组总有效率为86.05%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Neer评分优于对照组(P<0.05).结论采取肩关节腔注射抗炎药物联合甩肩疗运动疗法,能够有效改善患者的各项不良症状,提高临床治疗的效果.Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of anti-inflammatory drugs injected into the articular cavity of the diseased shoulder joint combined with shoulder swing exercise on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods A total of 86 patients with frozen shoulder who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to July 2018 were selected and divided into a control group and a treatment group according to a random number table,with 43 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was given shoulder joint cavity injection of anti-inflammatory dnigs combined with exercise therapy,and the treatment group was given shoulder joint cavity injection of anti-inflammatory dmgs combined with shoulder-shake exercise therapy to compare the final treatment effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group w.is 95.35%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.05%.The ditTerence between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's Neer score was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting shtnilder joint cavity injection of anti inflammatory dmgs combined with shoulder-shaving exercise therapy can effectively improve various adverse symptoms of patients and improve the effect of clinical treatment.
