感染管理控制在手术室洁净度及感染防范中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析感染管理控制在手术室洁净度及感染防范中的应用价值.方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月医院2间层流手术室,面积相同、层流分级一致;其中将1间层流手术室作为观察组共420例患者,行感染管理控制;另1间层流手术室作为对照组共400例患者,行常规手术室管理;比较两组患者手术感染情况,统计手术室空气含菌量及不同时间段人员流动数.结果观察组手术结束5 min后空气含菌量低于对照组,术后90 min、120 min、180 min人员流动次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后感染发生率1.43%低于对照组5.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论感染管理控制能够提高手术室洁净度,降低感染发生率,控制手术室内人员流动数量.Objective To analyze the application value of infection management and control in operating room cleanliness and infection prevention.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,two laminar flow operating rooms in the hospital with the same area and the same laininar flow classification were selected.One laminar flow operating room was used as the observation group for a total of 420 patients for infection management and control.A laminar flow operating room was used as a control group for a total of 400 patients,and the routine operating room management was performed;the surgical infection of the two groups was compared,and the air bacterial content in the operating room and the number of people in different periods were counted.Results The bacteria content in the air of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 5 minutes after the end of the operation,and the number of movements was less than that of the control group at 90 minutes,120 minutes,and 180 minutes after operation.The incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group was 1.43%lower than that in the control group 5.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Infection management and control can improve the cleanliness of the operating room,reduce the incidence of infection,and control the number of personnel in the operating room.
