摘　　要：本文以社会分层的视角,基于江西省五所高校在2017至2020年期间大学毕业生11870份问卷调查数据的排序Probit模型的实证结果发现,优势社会阶层呈现出显著的代际之间传递现象。如何发挥高等教育促进社会阶层流动,切实解决好高校毕业生就业问题,需要政府、高校、社会与就业单位之间的协作,打造一个大学毕业生“愿意就业”的氛围、提升大学毕业生“能就业”的本领、最终实现大学毕业生“就好业”。From the perspective of social stratification,based on the sequencing Probit model of 11870 questionnaires of college graduates from five universities in Jiangxi Province from 2017 to 2020,the paper finds that the dominant social stratum presents a significant intergenerational transmission phenomenon.How to play the role of higher education to promote the flow of social stratum and solve the employment problem of college graduates effectively requires the cooperation among the government,universities,society and graduates themselves.We need to create a“willing employment”atmosphere for college graduates,improve their“employment”ability,and finally realize their dream of“good employment”.
