摘　　要：目的:探讨使用抑木培土佐金法治疗胆碱能性荨麻疹的效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年10月期间桂林市中医医院收治的60例胆碱能性荨麻疹患者作为研究对象。根据摸球法将这些患者分为对照组和治疗组。为对照组患者使用西药进行治疗,为治疗组患者使用中医抑木培土佐金法进行治疗。然后观察两组患者治疗的效果、发生不良反应的情况及病情复发的情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者治疗的总有效率、痊愈率及不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。治疗结束后1个月,治疗组患者病情的复发率低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用抑木培土佐金法治疗胆碱能性荨麻疹的效果显著,安全性高,患者病情的复发率较低。Objective:To investigate the effect of the treatment of cholinergic urticaria with the method of suppressing wood and cultivating soil and adding gold.METHODS:A total of 60 patients with cholinergic urticaria admitted to Guilin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Ja nuary 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.These patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the touch ball method.Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,and patients in the treatment group were treated with the method of restraining wood,cultivating earth and adding gold.Then observe the effect of treatment,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the situation of disease recurrence in 2 groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate,cure rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were compared,P>0.05.One month after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cholinergic urticaria with the method of suppressing wood and cultivating soil and adding gold is effective and safe,and the recurrence rate of the patient’s disease is low.
