摘　　要：目的:探讨用自制固定装置对接受颈部淋巴结清扫术后患者的负压引流球进行固定的临床效果。方法:选择2019年1月至7月期间在重庆市公共卫生医疗救治中心接受颈部淋巴结清扫术的85例颈部淋巴结结核患者作为研究对象。将这85例患者分为对照组(n=42)和试验组(n=43)。对两组患者均进行颈部淋巴结清扫术。术后,对两组患者均进行常规护理。在此基础上,使用塑料袋对对照组患者的负压引流球进行固定,使用自制的固定装置对试验组患者的负压引流球进行固定。然后,比较两组患者Likert五分量表法的评分及其对护理服务的满意率。结果:治护后,与对照组患者相比,试验组患者Likert五分量表法的评分及其对护理服务的满意率均更高,P<0.05。结论:用自制固定装置对接受颈部淋巴结清扫术后患者的负压引流球进行固定的临床效果确切,可有效地提高其对护理服务的满意率。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of using self-made fixation device to fix the negative pressure drainage ball in patients after cervical lymph node dissection.Methods:A total of 85 patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis who underwent cervical lymph node dissection in Chongqing Public Health Medical Treatment Center from January to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The 85 patients were divided into control group(n=42)and experimental group(n=43).Cervical lymph node dissection was performed in both groups.After surgery,routine nursing was performed for both groups.On this basis,plastic bags were used to fix the negative pressure drainage balls of patients in the control group,and self-made fixation devices were used to fix the negative pressure drainage balls of patients in the test group.Then,the score of Likert five-subscale method and the satisfaction rate of nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the score of Likert five-subscale method and the satisfaction rate of nursing service in the experimental group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the self-made fixation device on the negative pressure drainage ball of patients after cervical lymph node dissection is accurate,and it can effectively improve the satisfaction rate of nursing services.
