摘 要:设计电机时,接触电阻值的确定对正确计算电机堵转性能有着较大的影响,但目前接触电阻值多是凭设计者的经验而定,而且接触电阻又会随着电机的结构和状态而改变,因此难以确定接触电阻值。提出一种接触电阻的动态测量方法,首先测得实验电机的接触电阻随转速变化的曲线和接触电阻随扭簧力变化的曲线,然后得到其幂函数拟合公式。实验结果表明:随着电流的增大,接触电阻值一开始快速减小,再慢慢减小直到趋于稳定。通过拟合得到的接触电阻,仿真计算得到的堵转扭矩很接近实测结果。In the motor design, the estimation value of the contact resistance has a great influence on the correct calculation of the motor’s stall torque.However, at present, the contact resistance value depends on the designer’s experience.And the contact resistance changes with the change of the structure and state of the motor.Therefore, it is difficult to calculate the contact resistance.A measurement method of contact resistance was proposed.Firstly, the curves of contact resistance changing with different speeds of the experimental motor and the curves of contact resistance changing with different torsional spring forces were measured.Then the curves were fitted by power functions.The experimental results show that, with the increase of the current, the contact resistance value decreases rapidly at the beginning and then decreases gradually until it becomes stable.By the fitted contact resistance, the simulated stall torque is close to the measured stall torque.
