摘 要:根据磁流变减摆器的设计流程,结合课题组研究成果,对CATIA和MATLAB进行二次开发,建立基于Visual Basic 6.0环境的摆振仿真平台。该平台实现了友好的人机交互功能,根据设计需求输入参数,后台包含参数化建模模块、理论计算模块以及摆振仿真模块,模块之间可以实现有效数据交换,从而完成磁流变减摆器的结构设计、参数化建模和飞机前轮的摆振仿真。结果表明:仿真平台可以方便快捷地完成对磁流变减摆器的结构设计、摆振仿真和模型图纸绘制,运行可靠,该平台可以在一定程度上缩短磁流变减摆器的研发周期并降低研发成本,具有一定的工程意义。According to the design process of magnetorheological damper and the research results of the research group,the shim⁃my simulation platform based on Visual Basic 6.0 was established by the secondary development of CATIA and MATLAB.The platform had realized the friendly human⁃computer interaction function,parameters were input according to the design demand,the backstage included the parametric modeling module,the theoretical calculation module and the shimmy simulation module,between the modules effective data exchange was realized,thus the structural design,parametric modeling and shimmy simulation of the front wheel of the aircraft were completed.The results show that the simulation platform can be used to complete the structure design,shimmy simulation and model drawing of the magnetorheological damper conveniently and quickly,and the operation is reliable,using the platform the de⁃velopment cycle can be shortened and the research and development costs of the damper can be reduced to a certain extent,which has a certain engineering significance.
