摘  要:讨论了EQ3126型汽车发动机中螺旋齿轮在实际应用中存在的磨损问题,经研究发现该发动机内凸轮轴-机油泵驱动轴的齿轮副螺旋角分配不合理,发动机的主动齿轮轴和齿轮的尺寸都明显大于从动的机油泵驱动轴齿轮的尺寸,使两者形成理论上的增速传统机构,其传动效率会相应降低,主动轮轮齿会受到较大阻力,给传动增加了困难;其次是齿轮副的材料搭配不当,从而导致齿轮磨损严重。经过应力求解得到,该螺旋齿轮传动的齿面接触应力大大超过了允许的极限疲劳应力。接着提出了几点改进建议,如重新设计齿轮参数、修改材料配对、控制齿轮加工质量和改善润滑条件,对改善该传动机构中螺旋齿轮的工作环境以及解决齿面磨损问题提供了参考。The wear problem of helical gear in EQ3126 automobile engine was discussed,it was found that the helical angle dis⁃tribution of gear pair in camshaft-oil pump drive shaft of EQ3126 automobile engine was not reasonable,and the material collocation of gear pair was improper,which led to serious wear of gear pair.The contact stress of tooth surface of the helical gear transmission had greatly exceeded the allowable limit fatigue stress after solving the stress.Finally,some suggestions were put forward,such as rede⁃sign of gear parameters,modification of material pairing,control of gear processing quality and improvement of lubrication conditions.It provides reference for improving the work environment of helical gear in the transmission mechanism and solving the wear problem of tooth surface.
