济南市远郊县农村中老年居民首诊意愿及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析济南市远郊县农村中老年居民首诊意愿及影响因素,为促进居民有序就医、落实分级诊疗政策提供理论依据和可行性建议。方法采用问卷调查的方法对远郊县农村中老年居民进行首诊意愿调查,采用卡方检验和多因素Logistic回归分析分析影响远郊县农村中老年居民首诊意愿的因素。结果远郊县农村中老年居民基层首诊意愿为85.27%;首诊意愿主要受教育程度、到基层医疗机构时间、家庭人均年收入、健康自评状况及是否患慢性疾病等因素影响。结论远郊县农村中老年居民基层首诊意愿较高,应通过增加基层卫生服务可及性,提高基层医务人员慢性疾病综合防治能力,使基层医疗机构成为远郊县农村中老年居民就医的首选。Objective To analyze the willingness of middle-aged and elderly residents in the rural areas of suburban counties of Jinan,China to make the first visit to primary medical institutions and its influencing factors,and to provide theoretical basis and feasible suggestions for promoting the orderly medical treatment of residents and implementing hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policies.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the willingness of middle-aged and elderly residents in the rural areas of suburban counties to make the first visit to primary medical institutions,and the chi-square test and multiva-riate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the factors affecting the willingness of middle-aged and elderly residents in the rural areas of suburban counties to make the first visit to primary medical institutions.Results The willingness of middle-aged and elderly residents in the rural areas of suburban counties to make the first visit to primary medical institutions was 85.27%,and it was mainly affected by factors such as education level,time to primary medical institutions,family per capita annual income,self-rated health condition,and presence or absence of chronic disease.Conclusion The middle-aged and elderly residents in the rural areas of suburban counties are willing to make the first visit to primary medical institutions.It is necessary to increase the accessibility of primary health services and improve the comprehensive prevention and treatment for chronic diseases of the primary medical staff,so that the primary medical institutions become the first choice for middle-aged and elderly residents in the rural areas of suburban counties.
