摘  要:为揭示带有浮动变位轴承的主轴系统中轴承摩擦生热规律,基于主轴系统模型与轴承热功率模型,计算了浮动变位轴承不同径向游隙、外圈沟曲率半径系数以及主轴转速、轴承预紧力下主轴系统各轴承摩擦热功率,结果表明:浮动变位轴承的径向游隙、外圈沟曲率半径系数以及角接触球轴承的预紧力显著影响系统中各轴承的滑动摩擦热功率;主轴转速对轴承滑动摩擦热功率和总摩擦热功率有较为显著的影响;由润滑剂黏滞阻力产生的摩擦热功率是轴承总摩擦热功率的主要来源。In order to reveal the law of frictional heat generation in bearings of spindle system with a floating displacement bearing,based on spindle system model and bearing heat power model,the frictional heat power of each bearing in spindle system is calculated under different radial clearance,groove curvature radius coefficient of floating displace-ment bearing and spindle rotational speed,preload of bearings.The results show that the radial clearance and groove curvature radius coefficient of floating displacement bearing and the preload of angular contact ball bearings significantly affect the sliding frictional heat power of the bearings in the system.The spindle rotational speed has a significant effect on sliding frictional heat power and total frictional heat power of the bearings.The frictional heat power generated by viscous resistance of lubricant is the main source of bearing total frictional heat power.
