摘  要:针对原圆锥滚子轴承滚子与保持架梁两端接触、中间悬空或断线的接触不良问题,提出将兜孔等腰梯形改为兜孔两端有凹陷缺口的梯形,压坡后的保持架梁呈中间凸起形状的改进措施。改进后的结构有效改善了保持架梁与滚子的接触状态,可以更好地满足使用需求。For previous cage design of tapered roller bearings,there are problems of poor contact between the rollers and the cage bars,such as contact at both ends,the suspending or interruption contact in the middle.It is proposed to change pocket shape from isosceles trapezoid to trapezoid with sunken notch at both ends,and cage bars become convex in the middle after pressing slope.The improved structure can effectively improve the contact state between cage bars and rollers,which can better meet the demand.
