摘  要:针对滚动轴承振动信号具有非线性和非稳态的特点,故障特征精确提取困难的问题,提出了一种基于局部特征尺度分解(LCD)和递归定量分析(RQA)的滚动轴承故障诊断与健康评估方法。首先,利用LCD将滚动轴承振动信号分解为若干个内禀尺度分量(ISC);然后,对各ISC分量进行相空间重构并构建递归图;最后,通过提取递归图的定量特征参数进行故障诊断与健康评估。试验结果表明,试验数据的三维散点图可以很好地区分不同故障状态,试验数据的置信度则可以反映出轴承健康度随故障程度的加深在逐渐下降,该方法可以有效用于滚动轴承的故障诊断与健康评估。To solve the problem that the vibration signal of rolling bearings is nonlinear and unsteady,and it is difficult to extract fault features accurately,a fault diagnosis and health assessment method for rolling bearings based on local characteristic scale decomposition(LCD)-recursive quantitative analysis(RQA)is proposed.Firstly,the vibration signal of rolling bearings is decomposed into several intrinsic scale components(ISC)by LCD.Then,each ISC component is reconstructed in phase space and a recurrence plot is constructed.Finally,the quantitative characteristic parameters of recurrence plot are extracted for fault diagnosis and health assessment.The test results show that the three-dimensional scatter plot of test data can distinguish different fault states well,and the confidence of test data can reflect that the health degree of the bearings decreases gradually with the deepening of fault degree,so the method can be used for fault diagnosis and health assessment of rolling bearings effectively.
