辐照处理制备高性能交联发泡聚丙烯及性能研究

摘  要:采用二次开模技术制备了发泡聚丙烯(PP)材料,并利用辐照加速器对制品进行改性处理,探究了改性PP性能与处理时间的关系。研究发现:辐照处理后的发泡PP材料韧性明显降低,但刚性在一定处理时间内有所提高;随着辐照处理时间的增加发泡PP表面光泽度明显降低,耐刮擦性能先提升后降低;随着辐照处理时间的增加,发泡PP熔体流动速率先降低后升高;在一定辐照时间内,PP分子链以辐照交联为主,延长辐照时间后,PP分子链以辐照降解为主。Foamed polypropylene(PP)material was prepared by twice opening mold technology,and the product was modified by irradiation accelerator.The relationship between the properties of modified PP and treatment time was explored.The results showed that the toughness of the foamed PP decreased significantly,but the rigidity increased within a certain treatment time;with the increase of irradiation treatment time,the surface gloss of foamed PP decreased significantly,and the scratch resistance first increased and then decreased;with the increase of irradiation treatment time,the melt flow rate of foamed PP first decreased and then increased;within a certain irradiation time,the crosslinking of PP molecular chain was mainly irradiation crosslinking,and after extending the irradiation time,the molecular chain of PP was mainly degraded by irradiation.
