摘  要:以磷酸甲苯二苯酯(CDP)作为阻燃剂,制备具有高效阻燃性和抗老化性的聚氯乙烯(PVC)电缆涂料。实验结果表明:随着CDP用量的增加,PVC电缆的着火时间(TTI)得到延长,PVC/D20在50 kW/m2热流下的TTI较纯PVC增加了141.7%,热释放速率(HRR)和总热释放量(THR)分别降低了53.6%和51.65%,因此,CDP阻燃涂料可有效降低PVC电缆的燃烧程度,从而增加其阻燃性能。此外,在受到不同时间的γ射线辐照后,CDP包覆的PVC电缆仍保持较低的HRR。热重分析表明,其热稳定性相比辐照前未发生明显降低,CDP涂料具有良好的抗老化性能。Toluene diphenyl phosphate(CDP)was used as a flame retardant to prepare polyvinyl chloride(PVC)cable coatings with high-efficiency flame retardancy and anti-aging properties.The experimental results show that with the increase in the amount of CDP,the ignition time(TTI)of the PVC cable is prolonged.The TTI of PVC/D20 under 50 kW/m2 heat flow is 186.7%higher than that of pure PVC.The heat release rate(HRR)and the total heat release(THR)is reduced by 53.6%and 51.65%,respectively.Therefore,the CDP flame-retardant coating can effectively reduce the burning degree of the PVC cable,thereby increas its flame-retardant performance.In addition,after being irradiated by gamma rays for different periods of time,the CDP-coated PVC cable still maintains a low HRR.Thermogravimetric analysis shows that its thermal stability has not been significantly reduced compared to before irradiation,and the CDP coatings have good anti-aging properties.
