摘　　要：以遥控器外壳注塑模为例,利用Moldflow软件对模具的浇注系统和冷却系统进行设计,分析了注塑性能参数,得到了较为合理的浇注系统和冷却系统。根据Moldflow的分析结果,结合Solidworks软件对模具结构进行了设计,并介绍了其工作原理,为其他精密注塑模具或同类塑件的模具设计提供了参考。Taking the injection mold of the remote control shell as an example,the mold gating system and cooling system were designed using Moldflow software,the injection performance parameters were analyzed,and a more reasonable gating system and cooling system were obtained.According to the analysis results of Moldflow,combined with Solidworks software,the mold structure was designed,and its working principle was introduced,which provided a reference for the mold design of other precision injection molds or similar plastic parts.
