摘　　要：目的:分析粒细胞刺激因子(G-CSF)导致不良反应(ADR)的规律和特点,为该药临床安全应用提供理论参考。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,收集2014年1月~2018年12月湖北省药品不良反应监测中心数据库中177例G-CSF导致ADR的报告,分别从患者年龄与性别、用药方法与剂量、ADR发生时间、ADR累及系统/器官和临床表现等方面进行统计分析。结果:177例G-CSF导致的ADR报告中,男女比例为1∶1.81,虽在各个年龄段均有分布,但是主要发生于中老年患者;所导致的ADR中以肌肉骨骼系统损害(31.88%)和全身性损害(28.38%)为主;严重的ADR 15例。G-CSF导致的ADR大多发生于用药后7 d内,危及生命的严重ADR主要发生在用药后10 min,绝大多数病例转归情况良好。结论:G-CSF常见的ADR为肌肉骨骼系统损害和全身性损害,提示临床应加强用药后监测,积极预防,及时治疗。Objective:To analyze the regularity and characteristics of adverse reactions(ADR)caused by granulocyte-colony stimulating factor(G-CSF),and to provide theoretical reference for the clinical rational application.Methods:Using retrospective analysis,177 ADR reports collected by Hubei Central for ADR Monitoring from January 2014 to December 2018 according to patients’age and gender,dosage and administration,occurrence time,the involvement system and manifestation,nature and causality evaluation and so on.Results:From the analysis of 177 cases of ADR reports of G-CSF,the ratio of male to female was 1∶1.81,distributed across all ages and especially focused on middle-aged;The mainly involvement system contained musculoskeletal system damage(31.88%),systemic damage(23.38%).A total of 15 severe ADR cases were reported.The most of the adverse reactions of G-CSF occurred within 7 d after medication,and the serious adverse reactions mainly occurred within 10 min.The vast majority of patients had a good progaosis.Conclusion:The most common ADR of G-CSF are muscul-oskeletal system damage and systemic damage,that suggest clinical moroitoring,active prevention and timely treatment should be strengthenel after use of G-CSF.
