体操翻腾类动作提升个人花样跳绳套路创编的价值分析

摘　　要：花样跳绳隶属于技能类表现难美性项群,动作优美、技术准确和创编艺术是竞技制胜的关键。而在个人花样跳绳套路创编中,体操技巧翻腾类动作又被认为是提升表演立体感和感染力的点睛之作。为深入探究该类动作的应用价值,将个人花样跳绳套路创编中的体操翻腾类动作设为研究对象,运用文献资料、录像分析、实证研究和归纳推理等方法,依据个人花样跳绳表演套路的创编原则,探讨了体操翻腾类动作在个人花样跳绳套路创编中的应用形式与技巧、提升表演效果的作用与价值和优化动作元素与连接的纽带效应,从而总结出体操翻腾类动作与个人花样跳绳套路创编的融合路径,为个人花样跳绳表演套路的创新与创编提供了一定借鉴与参考。Fancy rope skipping is a kind of skill oriented event with difficulty and beauty,and graceful movement,accurate technique and creation art are the key to win the competition.In the creation of fancy rope skipping routines,the gymnastics skill somersault movement is considered essential to enhance the three-dimensional sense of the performance.To further explore the application value of somersault movement,this study,by taking the movement in fancy rope routine plait as research object,using literature review,video analysis,empirical research and inductive reasoning method,based on the principles of fancy rope skipping routine plait,discussed the application form and skills of somersault movements in the plait,the enhancing role and value of performance effect and the effect in optimizing action element and link connection,thus summarized the fusion path for gymnastics somersault movement and fancy rope skipping.It can provide some reference for the innovation and creation of individual figure rope skipping performance routines.
