武术教学改革的创新研究

摘　　要：为解决当前武术教学改革中出现的一系列问题,完善中华优秀传统文化教育,运用文献研究、专家访谈、参与观察等方法,在研究武术教学内部理路基础上,从提高学生运动能力、健康水平和传承国脉出发,对武术教学改革进行研究。研究认为:1)在以生为本、健康教育为基础的武术教学中,研究武术文化、养生武术、武术运动能力提高、武术锻炼习惯培养等,都是以完成武术教学任务为最终归宿和载体,而圆满完成学校武术教学任务这一系统工程,建构学校武术教学、科研、训练竞赛的多功能一体化模式,是对武术人才培养的深刻变革。2)多功能一体化武术教学创造出自然、舒适的学习环境,促进学生主体感知发展,唤醒学生的主体体验,调动学生的参与性,提供充足的技击实践机会,提高教学效能。3)多功能一体化武术教学应随教学体制改革而变化,而新体制运行又为武术教学改革的实施提供有力保障。Wushu education plays a positive role in promoting the physical and mental health of teenagers,and it is an important means to inherit the fine traditional Chinese culture,and also an important strategy for the country to cultivate talents.To solve a series of problems in current Wushu teaching reform,the authors,by using methods of literature research,expert interview,participant observation,etc,on the basis of studying the internal logic of Wushu teaching,starting from improving students'sports ability,health level and inheriting the national pulse,explored the reform of Wushu teaching.Research suggests that:1)In the student-based,health education based martial arts teaching,research on Wushu culture,health Wushu,Wushu sports ability improvement,Wushu exercise habits training,all of them take the completion of Wushu teaching task as the final destination and carrier,and successfully complete the task of systematic school martial arts teaching project,construct the multifunctional integration mode of school Wushu teaching,research and training competition.It is a profound change in the cultivation of Wushu talents.2)Multi-functional integrated martial arts teaching creates a natural and comfortable learning environment,promote the development of students'subjective perception,awaken students'subjective experience,mobilize student participation,provide plenty of combat practice opportunities,improve teaching efficiency.3)The multifunctional integrated martial arts teaching should change with the reform of teaching system,the operation of the new system also provides a strong guarantee for the implementation of the reform of Wushu teaching.
