实践活动对大学生合作能力的影响研究——基于同伴关系的中介效应分析

摘　　要：学会合作是联合国教科文组织提出的教育四大支柱之一,是教育过程中的一项重要内容。采用整群抽样的方式,在H校9大学科门类中各选取一个毕业班的学生实施问卷调查,并运用结构方程模型考察实践活动对大学生合作能力的影响及作用机制。结果发现:实践活动通过同伴关系的中介作用影响合作能力。基于此,从同伴关系的中介作用出发,提出重视良性互动关系的建立,并构建“同伴间互助学习”的人才培养模式。Cooperation is one of the four main abilities proposed by UNESCO and an important aim of the education.Questionnaire survey is conducted on graduatingstudents of the nine disciplines by cluster sampling and structural equation model is used to investigate the influence of practice activity on the cooperative ability of college students and its mechanism.The results show that practice activities affect the cooperation ability through the mediation of peer relationships.Based on the intermediary role of peer relationship,this paper proposes the establishment of good interactive relationships and a training model of“mutual learning between peers”.
