摘 要:针对激光干涉法测量齿轮齿面形状误差时干涉图像中有效测量区域识别的问题,对几种经典的干涉图像分割算法进行了对比分析。首先,选取了相对调制度法、齿面物体像灰度法、同组干涉图共同过滤法这3种经典分割方法;其次,从理论上分析了各算法;然后,通过在渐开线圆柱斜齿轮的2组干涉图像中进行实验,将这3种方法应用于分割2组干涉图像的有效测量区域并对分割结果进行分析讨论;最后,明确了这3种方法的优缺点及适用情况,并给出了选取建议。Aiming at the problem of identifying the effective measuring region in the interferogram when laser interferometry is used to measure the shape error of gear tooth surface,several classical interferogram segmentation algorithms are compared and analyzed.Firstly,three classical segmentation methods are selected,namely,the relative modulation method,the grayscale method of the tooth surface object image,and the common filtering method of the same set of interferograms.Secondly,each algorithm is analyzed theoretically.Then,through experiments in two groups of interference images of involute cylindrical helical gear,these three methods are applied to the segmentation of the effective measurement region of the two groups of interference images and the segmentation results are analyzed and discussed.Finally,the advantages,disadvantages and application of these three methods are clarified,and the selection suggestions are given.
