摘　　要：清代康熙开海后30年的上海沙船会馆,是上海最早的商人会馆,也是上海现存时代最早的会馆遗址,展示了清代上海航运业隆盛发达的特殊性,颇具重要地位。本文搜集和辑录了52例沙船北洋贸易事例,考察了其运营方式与运价、商品种类及船主船工等情形,一定程度上展示出清代前期北洋沙船贸易的盛况。Shanghai Large Junks Association,established in 1715(30 years after Emperor Kangxi reversed the maritime ban),was the earliest merchants’association as well as the oldest association site in Shanghai.It showcases the special and important role of the thriving shipping industry in Shanghai during the Qing Dynasty.This article lists 52 cases of the large junktrade in North China Sea and studies their operation modes,freightage,categories of goods,owners and boatmen,etc.,which to a certain extent reflected the prosperity of the large junk trade in North China Sea in the early Qing Dynasty.
