摘　　要：作为大国以及世界多极力量中的重要组成部分,中俄为各方所瞩目,合作无疑则将使两国更为强大,而合作绝不是简单的"一加一"。"新时代中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系"的确定将中俄两国置放在了和平、稳定、发展航船上的"压舱石"地位。目前,中国正构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,而世界正处于百年未有之大变局,如何深化中俄在各领域的合作,如何推动中俄提质升级关系的进一步"落地",在新发展格局下显得尤为重要。习近平主席在接受俄罗斯主流媒体采访时提道:"经贸合作在中俄务实合作中基础领域最广,合作潜力巨大。"本文将回顾和分析21世纪以来中俄经贸合作历史和现状,总结其特点,并对新发展格局下深化中俄经贸合作做出展望。As a major country and an important part of the world’s multi-polar power,China and Russia have attracted the attention of all countries;cooperation will undoubtedly make the two countries stronger,and cooperation is by no means a simple"one plus one".The determination of the"China-Russia Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership in the New Era"places China and Russia in the position of"ballast stone"on the ship for peace,stability and development.At present,China is building a new development pattern with the domestic big cycle as the main body and the domestic and international double cycles mutually promoting each other,and the world is undergoing major changes unseen in a century.How to deepen China-Russia cooperation in various fields and how to promote the further"landing"of the upgraded relationship is particularly important in the new development pattern.In an interview with mainstream Russian media,President Xi Jinping mentioned:"Economic and trade cooperation is the broadest in the basic areas of Sino-Russian practical cooperation,and the cooperation potential is huge."This article will review and analyze the history and status quo of Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation in the 21st century,summarize its characteristics,and make prospects for deepening Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation in the future.
