摘 要:基于多轴疲劳评估方法,根据自卸车车架焊缝与母材的受力特征,分别建立对应局部坐标系,从多轴疲劳评估的角度,研究了自卸车架典型焊缝与母材的疲劳强度。研究结果表明:局部坐标系的建立方法上,焊缝局部坐标系各节点具有位置相关性,而母材各节点相互独立;疲劳强度选用材料综合利用度评估,由对应焊缝的不同方向应力决定,底板角焊缝主要取决于沿焊缝方向的正应力,立板角焊缝受各向应力影响均较大,受力条件更加复杂,盖板的对接焊缝取决于沿垂直于焊缝的正应力,母材中最大主应力对疲劳评估影响较大,其他方向应力影响较小。Based on the multiaxial fatigue evaluation method,according to the stress characteristics of the welding seam and the base metal of the dump truck frame,the corresponding local coordinate system is established respectively.From the perspective of multiaxial fatigue evaluation,the fatigue strength of the typical welding seam and the base metal of the dump truck frame is studied.The results show that:in the method of establishing the local coordinate system,each node of the local coordinate system of the weld has a position correlation,while each node of the base metal is independent of each other;the comprehensive utilization evaluation of the fatigue strength selection material is determined by the stress in different directions of the corresponding weld,and the fillet weld of the base plate mainly depends on the normal stress along the direction of the weld,and the fillet weld of the vertical plate is greatly affected by the stress in all directions The stress condition is more complex.The butt weld of the cover plate depends on the normal stress perpendicular to the weld.The maximum principal stress in the base metal has a greater impact on the fatigue assessment,while the stress in other directions has a smaller impact.
