摘 要:针对HXD_(3)型电力机车车轴在检修过程中发生早期疲劳裂纹,通过对车轴设计、加工工艺进行调研和分析,简要分析车轴产生疲劳裂纹的原因,提出了解决措施,完善了探伤方法,确保机车车轴质量。Aiming at the early fatigue cracks of the axle for HXD_(3) electric locomotive during the maintenance process,through the investigation and analysis of the axle design and processing technology,the causes of the fatigue cracks in the axle were briefly analyzed,and the solutions were proposed,and the flaw detection methods were improved to ensure the quality of the axle.
