摘　　要：近年来,随着女性思想的开放和生活质量的提高,会阴整形手术迅速发展和流行起来,而小阴唇缩小术作为会阴整形中最重要的手术更是被越来越多的女性所青睐。小阴唇肥大不仅影响美观,而且会摩擦刺激引起不适和疼痛,妨碍会阴卫生清洁和降低性生活质量,甚至会影响女性心理健康。因此,拥有美学理念的小阴唇缩小术为解决小阴唇肥大所引起的外观畸形和功能障碍尤其关键。本文结合文献综述小阴唇缩小术的发展与现状。In recent years,with the opening of women's mind and the improvement of quality of life,perineal plastic surgery has rapidly developed and become popular,and as the most important operation in perineal plastic surgery,labia minora reduction is favored by more and more women.Hypertrophy of the labia minora not only affects the beauty,but also causes discomfort and pain due to frictional stimulation,hinders the hygiene of the perineum and reduces the quality of sexual life,and even affects women’s mental health.Therefore,the labia minora reduction surgery with an aesthetic concept is particularly critical to solve the appearance deformities and dysfunction caused by the hypertrophy of the labia minora.This article combines the literature to comprehensively describe the development and current status of labia minora reduction surgery.
