摘　　要：在以“可靠性为中心”的维修理念下实施预防性状态修,对接触网检测监测装置以及对应的设备状态评价方法都提出了很高要求。通过阐述接触网状态评价体系内容,对其中的接触网动态性能指数进行了重点阐述,包括其指数评价项目构成、评价单元选取以及最终的管理评分计算等。以某线为例,对大修前后该指数的变化趋势以管理评分和总体分布的形式进行分析,结果表明,该评价指标可以对接触网区段质量进行综合评价,与原有的局部幅值评价相结合,完善了接触网状态评价体系,并可以更好地服务于现场维修。The implementation of preventive condition based maintenance under the maintenance concept of"reliability centered"puts forward high requirements for catenary detection and monitoring device and corresponding equipment condition evaluation method.This paper describes the content of OCS state evaluation system,and focuses on the dynamic performance index of OCS,including the index evaluation project composition,evaluation unit selection and final management score calculation.Finally,taking a certain line as an example,the change trend of the index before and after the overhaul is analyzed in the form of management score and overall distribution.The results show that the evaluation index can comprehensively evaluate the quality of OCS section.Combined with the original local amplitude evaluation,the evaluation system of OCS condition is improved,and it can better serve the on-site maintenance.
