高校大学生思想政治教育与管理工作的融合性研究

摘　　要：高校大学生思想政治教育与管理工作的融合发展,应从坚持开放和引导入手,基于全面服务视角培育师生正确的观念和素养,准确把握高校学生管理工作创新发展的内涵与表征,致力于拓展思想政治教育新空间和新路径,进一步增强学生管理工作的活力,逐步打造教育、管理与服务一体化的大思政格局。The integration and development of college students ideological and political education and management should start from adhering to openness and guidance,cultivate the correct concepts and qualities of teachers and students from the perspective of comprehensive service,accurately grasp the connotation and representation of innovative development of college students management,and strive to expand the new space and path of ideological and political education,further enhance the vitality of students management,and gradually build a great ideological and political pattern of integration of education,management and service.
