摘  要:针对20^(#)钢90°弯头在页岩气地面测试流程应用时易出现冲蚀的问题,使用超音速等离子喷涂方法制备了碳化钨涂层。采用气固两相冲蚀试验机,对比20^(#)钢和碳化钨涂层弯头在不同冲蚀角度下的冲蚀规律及冲蚀机理。研究结果表明:20^(#)钢冲蚀速率随冲蚀角度增加而降低,冲蚀角度20°时冲蚀最严重;碳化钨涂层冲蚀率随冲蚀角度的增大先增大后减小,50°时冲蚀最严重,其抗冲蚀性能较20^(#)钢提高85%;20^(#)钢和碳化钨涂层低角度冲蚀时为微切削机理,高角度冲蚀时以挤压锻打机理为主。To solve the problem of erosion of the 90°elbow of 20^(#)steel in the application of shale gas surface test process,tungsten carbide coating is prepared by supersonic plasma spraying method.The erosion rules and mechanism of 20^(#)steel and tungsten carbide coatings under different erosion angles are compared by using a gas-solid bi-phase erosion tester.The results show that the erosion rate of 20^(#)steel decreased with the increase of erosion angle,and the erosion is most serious at 20°.The erosion rate of tungsten carbide coating increased first and then decreased with the increase of erosion angle.The erosion is most serious at 50°,and the erosion resistance is 85%higher than that of 20^(#)steel.The mechanism of erosion of 20^(#)steel and tungsten carbide coating is the micro cutting mechanism at low angles,while it is the extrusion forging mechanism at high erosion angles.
