摘  要:为降低聚合物驱药剂成本,对油田直接应用胶体态聚合物代替聚丙烯酰胺干粉进行了探究。在已建小型配制站开展胶体态聚合物在油田配制站直接溶解的现场试验,室内及现场试验表明:当胶态聚合物经切割后粒径控制在3 mm以下时,溶解效果较好;配套采取喷淋、数控称重、优化工艺布局等措施,可以用胶态聚合物配制出合格溶液,从而降低药剂成本。In order to reduce the cost of polymer flooding agent,the direct application of colloidal polymer instead of polyacrylamide dry powder in oil field is studied.Field experiment of direct dissolution of colloidal polymer in oil field preparation station is carried out in a small size preparation station.The results of laboratory and field tests show that when the particle size of colloidal polymer is controlled below 3 mm after cutting,the dissolution effect is better.Spraying,numerical control weighing,optimization of process layout and other measures are adopted to prepare a qualified solution by colloidal polymer,which can reduce the cost of reagents.
